Get a life mate. Keep some real fish like gudgeons and gobies instead of
these "dumb blondes" from Australia. :-) (just to steal a phrase from
our moderaptor, perhaps you should post that article to the list Andrew?)

Merrick and Schmida 1984 Freshwater Fish of Australia. Their Biology
and Management. (or something like that). It's out of print. A second
edition was being planned (providing he gets funding for it) last I spoke
with Merrick (back in 1994).

Only signifers. Most everything else is an intelligent fish like a
gudgeon (6 species), goby (many species) or galaxiid (2 species).
