One further thing to consider is putting them out as .pdf files. They
are created using Adobe Acrobat. You can set these up in such a way that
people cannot print them out or save them to their harddisk either (I
think). I know this may seem hard to believe but it is a claim Adobe
makes. I'm sure their web page would have more, www.adobe.com. You just
read the file into Acrobat (most formats are accepted), it will then
compress the file and that's it. We have some on the Desert Fishes
Council web pages, look under proceedings. Adobe gives away a free
viewer (but you cannot save or print using the freebie). The quality of
the reproduction is excellent. It's definately the answer for putting
complex electronic documents onto the web. Something that ANGFA may want
to consider anyway.
