Roy,
If your heading down to Melbourne take an extra couple of days and dive
the harbour. There are some excellent dives to be had including some WW1
Submarines sunk deliberately by our own Navy. Theres the Pinnacles and lots
of drop offs. Mind you this is cold water diving, probably not what your use
to. There is also the chance of that unexpected White pointer but it would
probably be all over once you had worked out what it was. In general there
is some excellent diving around this country, long way to come to miss it.
