I make a frozen food in the blender that has approx 50% protein foods
(white fish flesh, shrimp, scallop, etc.) and 50% veggies (frozen or
fresh peas, zucchini, spinach, carrots, broccoli, etc., but I always like
to have the carrots in there) with some raw eggs, garlic and paprika, and
I use Knox gelatin for a binder. I've been told to use an Asian tapioca
powder, but haven't tried this yet to see how well it works. Just blend
and freeze in zipper baggies in thinnish sheets. Don't go crazy with the
amounts of each ingredient, as there are a lot. You could add
liquid/powdered vitamins, too, but I'm too lazy and this is still just my
staple food. I do feed several other kinds of flake, frozen and live
foods. This is MUCH cheaper than the frozen stuff you buy in the shops
and you can tailor it to your fishes needs.

Buon Appetito!
