I have found frozen crawfish meats to be readily accepted by all my
fish. No shells. $5 to $7 bucks a pound for pure meat. I also
sprinkle astaxanthin on the meats before I refreeze them. The color
enhancer really brightens up my bows. My praecox are much more colorful
than before the astaxanthin.
You then can slice it thinly, and if you smash the slices, can
easily get VERY small pieces. George
