I have been making frozen foods for years off and on, I never peel the
prawns/shrimp as i feel the offal and shell add more nutrients and flavour
to the mix. The more variety of protein and vegetable matter the better mix
of micronutrients.
I allways include greens (spinach, zucchini, peas) and cooked pumpkin to the
mix. I guess the spirulina and other more exotic algae culture derived
conccentrates could be added as well as extra vitamins if desired too if you
are unable to offer live foods regularly.
