[RML] Diseased Rainbows

I have some kind of disease that is killing only my Rainbows. In 3
days I have lost 7 so far. This is the second time this disease has
struck my tank (about a year ago) and in that instance I lost 12
Rainbows. On both occasions I think the disease was introduced
by new Rainbow's I placed in the tank. I did setup a hospital tank
after the first time to keep new fish in but at the present time I am
raising fry.

The only symptoms that I see are the Rainbows swimming at the
surface gasping. I have tested my water quality and every thing is
fine. I have started treating with Paragon II today, that seemed
work that time after numerous attempts in using other medication.

Any explanation of what kind of infection or disease this could be
that is only affecting my Rainbow's and any suggested treatment
would be appreciated.
