Actually, I've always been dissuaded from filling out the A to Z forms
because it appeared you needed to know the info on habitat. If the
form was revamped a bit to encourage folks to fill in any info they
may have, you may get a better response. At present the form asks for
great information that I would love to have, but is also rather
intimidating.
