Tateurndina Occellicauda

Well first of all I live in Canada and work in a really good fish store called
Riverfronts Aquariums. We recently got a shipment of these neat little
fish(Tateurndina Occellicauda). I would like to know if they are compatible
with other fish(Melantaenia sp,
neons, you know the regular community tank fish), and also how to breed them.
It would be really helpful.
