Having made a trip to PNG to look at fish I am full of admiration for
Charles - remember Heiko has made at least 2 trips there and hasn';t yet
found them. I don't see anything wrong with his attempts to recoup some of
his costs. If I had been able to bring back fish I would have been able to
offer others some really nice fish too, including a new species that Gerry
Allen found also after I was there.

Congratulations Charles.

I too spoke with Charles N. and for clarity's sake, I wanted to say that
actually the NEW Kiunga is NOT being produced by Charles N. at this
point. Rather he is producing K.ballochi for a major release.\

As for cornering the market, I don't think that is his aim. Although I
can't speak for him, I believe instead that he is merely trying to recoup
the costs of trips to PNG and Irian Jaya. As many of you can guess
these are extremely difficult places to visit, travel and collect in.

Many of you may remember another groups efforts to corner the market
on a particular fish. It just can't work for very long.
