Hello Deborah

That's a huge question - remember rainbowfish in Australia are spread over
about two thirds of a surface area roughly the same as the continental USA,
and climatic zones from temperate to well above the tropic of Capricorn.

Harro's "habitat" represents many of the polluted streams around major east
coast cities but they rarely contain rainbowfish now and usuallyare full of
Gambusia, swordtails, platies and in the warmer areas tilapia. Unfortunately
also they aren't always healthy either.

If you would like to nominate some species I would be happy to suggest some
plants etc
