My advice would be to get a real ISP... if 220 messages are going to crash
it, it is not worth having.

What is it, like, running NT or something? :)

There is no way to guarentee that this will not happen again, as long as
there are ignorant ISPs out there who bounce messages back to mailing lists.

Up to you what you do, mate, the rest of us don't really care :)
