There is a photo (actually of a rainbowfish) in the TFH book "Handbook of
Fish Diseases" by Dieter Untergasser showing TB Ulcers. But fish can have TB
without showing any ulcers or other symptoms for that matter. That's the
problem, we can have TB affected fish without knowing it and pass them
around to other folk quite innocently. Personally, I think TB is now so
widely intrenched in the rainbowfish hobby that it is impossible not to have
it at some time. I think we just have to try to provide perfect conditions
for our fish and hope for the best.
