Hello All -
The "Blue Book" or the "Bible" is very hard to pick up - I have seen only
one offered in the last 5 years. I understand that even John Merrick ( the
senior author) is prepared to pay up to $75 for a good copy as he gets so
many requests for it (and makes a bob or two on the side for his trouble no
doubt!).
