Jennifer - not trying to be overly provocative but I needed to test this
assertion as it perhaps reflects the confidence I should place in the source.

Sorry to have to inform you it was Seachem support made the Kent statement - I
pasted the quote directly in my post.... and I am not trying to stir up a
hornets nest here - just get to the bottom of things.

The comments from Seachem are unsigned (no names). One also can't verify the
experience or knowledge of the person at the other end. But nevertheless it
sounded a bit strange to me and I think it's regrettable that they would make
this claim.

My position is that I feel from information provided - my bottle of Prime has a
problem/has developed a problem.

I have a bottle of Chlormon sitting next to my fish tank as of now.
