Where did you get your starter culture of "Dwarf African Red Worms" from?
Wonder if they are available anywhere in the UK?

Regards
Paul

Live food is always good, especially if you can offer a variety.
Home-made
frozen food is good too as you can mix up a variety of proteins and
vegetable matter.

I have experience of using chopped earthworms and it worked well. I
also
have a culture of Dwarf African red Worms that are a small form of
earth
worm that only grows about 2" ( some are a bit bigger) and these are
eaten
whole by adult rainbows.

Bruce.
