In the past I used to make my own frozen food, but the fish keeping has been a
bit run down of late, though I'm starting to build back up agian. My usual fish
goop contained Beef or Chicken Heart, Shellfish, Prawns and white fish. Does
that sound about right for Rainbows? I guess I should add some green stuff to
that.

How big do worms grow in Australia that makes 2" dwarf? Our local red worms
don't go much above 2 or 3 inches anyway. This is a bit big even for the
Splendida's ATM. I checked the culture last night and there is not a lot left
in it. I've been deglecting it since the last of the cichlids died, time to
visit the compost bin and top it up.
