I amunfamiliar with that name at all. I just saw the latest "Revue
francaise d'aquariologie" and although there are 4 articles in there by
Gerry Allen, includung a new Cilatherina and names for the 2 new
Melanotaenias from the Kikori River that name was not among them.

I guess you better ask for some references Cary?
