I know these books get out of date quickly but the 1988 Tetra book
The Manual of Fish Health (Andrews Exell & Carrington, (on pg 196 if
you have it), states that Levamisole works nicely on internal
nematodes. It doesn't give any help on dosage though and says to
call a vet. I guess most vets would get a kick out of you bringing
your fish in for an office visit...

levamisole is toxic to fish - Ginny was talking about ivermectin.
BTW
Ivermectin is the only billion dollar drug in the animal drug market.
