The year 1999 has been an excellent one for the aquatic world.
I have succeeded in creating an artificial environment suitable for natural
propagation of several river minnow species. While the first applications are for
the bait industry there are far reaching possabilities for some endangered and
threatened species.
Also the possible restocking of some species after repairs to the ecosystem have
been effected.
With the technologies available today and a balanced approach to the environment.
