The Columbus Zoo, the Ohio Biological Survey, and the Ohio Division of
Wildlife are hosting a special symposium on the propagation of
freshwater unionid mussels. The purpose of the meeting is to provide
a forum for the discussion and dissemination of information on the
rearing, maintenance and long-term care of juvenile and adult mussel
populations under artificial conditions. Registration and hotel
