Lyne Chouinard is a student of mine. As an
assignment in the present univerty term, she has to
survey the members of a couple of lists specializing in
scientific topics. She tries to assess the potential
contribution of computer based communications to the
advancement of sustainable development and to the
well-being of local communities.
