It sounds like a plan. It would involve aquarists only to the
extent that they are equipped to meet all the requirements of
the recovery plan or a regional director's criteria.
They don't mention pathogens, only genetic concerns so
they are going to hear some comments on this.
This is one to keep an eye on.
