Sounds like an excellent idea... The closest thing I can think of to "common
ground" where you could access collated information would be the ACN. You
could try some of the Zoo "trade bodies" like ARAZPA, but they tend to keep
to themselves, unless you are in the "trade" yourself.

Again, sounds like a great idea. It would be a lot of hard work.... and
hard to maintain. Maybe you or someone else interested could get a grant.
